Purpose
Hermes Gmail RO is used by the operator to collect their own invoices from authorized Gmail accounts. The utility searches only for configured invoice providers and processes only the messages and documents required for personal accounting.

- The utility can search and read authorized Gmail messages and retrieve their attachments.
- It cannot send, reply, forward, delete, archive, label, or change the read state of email.
- It does not pay invoices or operate links, scripts, macros, QR codes, or instructions contained in messages or documents.
Data handling
Selected invoice data and OAuth credentials are stored on an owner-controlled system. Invoice content may be processed by the configured AI inference service solely to extract and verify accounting fields. Data is not sold, used for advertising, or used to profile other people.
